A positive learning environment is closely related to classroom management skills. During the pandemic, It has been a challenge for teachers to create positive online and hybrid classes. There are also challenges for teachers to access training, which often makes teachers have to leave the classroom. One of the solutions for this is self-paced learning. This session will explore the creation of a positive learning environment for online learning, lesson that is tailored to the needs and readiness and authentic assessment through self-paced approach. This self-paced method allows teachers to learn anytime and anywhere in an effort to create a positive learning environment.
