Jani Natasari Sinulingga

I am an educator who started my career as an elementary teacher. Throughout my career as a teacher, I learned that how important it is for children/students to have a competent teachers in their classrooms. A competent teacher will create competent students. I decided to continue my Master Degree in Elementary Education because during my experience as an elementary teacher, I figured out that early years of children age mattered significantly to shape their cognitive, language skills, psychomotor and characters. I became a lecturer in Elementary Education Major after I accomplished my Master Degree. Yet I contemplate, it's not enough just to lecturer to be more impactful I decided to be more impactful by becoming a education consultant in Putera Sampoerna Foundation-School Development Outreach. I implement education quality improvement program in many schools around Indonesia such as in Bali, South Sulawesi, North Sumatera, central Kalimantan, and many other areas. For now, I have mentored hundreds of teachers and school management to initiate change and mobilize improvement in their schools.
