Having 25 years of experience in education—I specialize in early childhood education and commitment to promote inclusive education for all students with special needs in elementary & secondary schools. As a superintendent for four different school divisions, I am very passionate about sharing my knowledge & experiences through teacher’s professional development & trainings. Currently, I work intensely with eight school leaders to forsee the effective implementation of inclusion & developing continuous training programs that support teachers & staff in assisting learners that require learning supports and individualized education program. To create a community that embraces diversity learners & supports fully inclusive education, I have developed two important programs in the school which we named ‘Student Learning Support’ & ‘Special Parent Support Group’. I would like to share more information about these two meaningful programs to our fellow teachers & school leaders who would like to take on the challenge of creating better inclusive education services to their community in the future. I hope that i can be given the opportunity to share my knowledge & experiences at the GESS Asia 2022 conference.
